At The Rooted Shed, therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—you’re not broken. In a world of filters, false ideals, endless scrolling, and the pressure to keep up, it’s easy to feel that way, to feel overwhelmed or disconnected. What I offer is a safe, quiet space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s happening on a deeper level. There’s no judgment here—I don’t have all the answers, but together we can begin to make sense of the noise.
Whilst my approach is rooted in psychodynamic ideals, I also draw on relational and integrative practices depending on your needs. Investing in your mental health is just as important as investing in your physical health, and therapy can be that gift of time and space to breathe, reset, and grow—helping you move through this fast‑paced world with more clarity, resilience, and connection to yourself and those around you.
Initial consultation is free with no obligation to continue. A 50 minute conversation will allow us to determine if we're a good match for working together.
Standard session fees for individuals ranges from £70 to £90 and couples £120 for a 50-minute session.
